About Yoti
## Specialist Yacht and Multihull Brokerage
Founded in 2008 by John Cowpe and Tim Vine, Yoti is an Australian boat brokerage specialising in pre-owned production sailing yachts, multihulls, and selected power vessels. Headquartered at Quays Marina in Church Point on Sydney's Pittwater, the company has operated for more than fifteen years representing private vessel owners locally, nationally, and across international waters.
## Buyer and Seller Services
Yoti acts for both sellers and purchasers across each stage of a boat transaction. For sellers, the brokerage manages end-to-end sales campaigns supported by a central administration hub. Vessel marketing incorporates structured online presentation, dedicated photography, social media promotion, and vessel video walkthroughs.
The sales team works across sailing centres and marinas, utilising mobile communication systems and company tenders to conduct vessel viewings and on-water test sails. For prospective purchasers, Yoti provides market guidance, facilitates inspections, presents formal offers, and manages transaction documentation. The brokerage operates under a defined code of ethics, focusing on transparent negotiation, clear communication of offers, and balanced representation between buyer and vendor.
## Vessel Types and Brand Partnerships
The brokerage catalogue covers monohull cruising and racing yachts, sailing catamarans, and powerboats. Common production brands represented through listings include Lagoon, Beneteau, Jeanneau, Catalina, Hanse, Dehler, Nautitech, and Seawind, alongside custom offshore cruisers and blue-water vessels. Yoti also serves as the strategic brokerage partner for TMG Yachts, functioning as its pre-owned multihull brokerage division.
## Location and Enquiries
Yoti operates from its primary premises at The Quays Marina, 1856 Pittwater Road, Church Point, New South Wales. Enquiries regarding pre-owned vessel listings, appraisals, and sales representation can be made directly to the brokerage team by telephone or email.
