## What Yachtshare offers

Yachtshare provides a co-ownership and yacht syndication model that enables people to purchase an equity share in a vessel rather than buying the whole boat. Members buy a share in a named boat and pay a monthly service fee that covers ongoing management and many routine costs associated with keeping the vessel ready for use.

## Ownership, management and included services

Share ownership is structured as a legal equity interest in the vessel. The monthly service fee listed for each share includes a berth at the Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron, vessel registration and insurance, interior and exterior cleaning after each use, re-supply of consumables, coordination of repairs and warranty work, refuelling (fuel paid at cost by owners), freshwater top-ups, detailing, scheduled engine servicing to manufacturer recommendations, general engine-room and systems checks, antifouling as required and access to an online reservation system and roster for owners.

## Fleet, vessel types and cruising programs

The fleet comprises a variety of luxury sailing yachts, catamarans and motor yachts. Examples shown include Dufour, Beneteau, Leopard, Bali, Nautitech, Jeanneau, Aquila and other marques. Yachts are based in Moreton Bay with a winter migration program that takes vessels to the Whitsundays and opportunities to cruise the Great Barrier Reef.

## Who it is for

Yachtshare positions itself for people who want access to larger or higher-spec boats without sole ownership, owners who prefer a fully managed walk-on/walk-off experience, and sailors interested in a social owner community with events and racing opportunities.
