South West Boat Sales

About South West Boat Sales

## Company identity and focus South West Boat Sales is a family-run boat brokerage operating from Port Bouvard Marina, 45 Rees Place, Wannanup (Mandurah), Western Australia. The business presents itself as a local brokerage serving Mandurah, Wannanup, the Peel region and nearby Perth, offering sales support to both buyers and sellers.

## Who they help and what they sell The brokerage works with both buyers and sellers. It lists and markets new and used boats and offers assistance in finding a vessel that suits a customer’s needs. Example vessel types explicitly mentioned include sports-fishing boats, cruising vessels and houseboats. The site presents a mix of makes and custom craft in its listings, indicating work across multiple brands rather than a single-dealer arrangement.

## Services and customer process Services described include listing boats for sale, helping prospective buyers locate suitable vessels, and providing sales advice to clients. Customers are invited to contact the office to discuss selling or buying; explicit contact routes are telephone, email and an on-site contact form. The business operates from a marina address where customers can visit to discuss listings and view boats by arrangement.

## Business background and approach The brokerage is presented as a multi-generational family business with long involvement in the local boating and charter sectors. That family emphasis is used to position the service as locally focused and community-oriented, and the site highlights an interest in helping newcomers as well as experienced boaters.

## Notes on scope and limitations The website provides clear information on sales and buyer/seller assistance but does not present explicit evidence of offering formal valuations, marine surveys, mechanical inspections or after-sale technical services. Enquiries about appraisal, survey or handover processes should be made directly to confirm availability.
